Rachel Kong handles messages sent through the contact forms on rachelkong.com and andpointdesigns.com. This notice covers these forms, not any separate service you may use.

What the form collects

Your name, reply email, chosen topic, message, and your agreement to this notice. On Andpoint Designs you can also choose to share your organisation, hoped-for result, current process and tools, budget range and timing. These extra project details are optional. Please do not send passwords, account keys, confidential records or sensitive personal information.

The service records when the message arrived and whether it is new, read or archived. Short-lived scrambled address codes, a browser challenge and request counters help limit spam. The application does not store your raw internet address in the message. Hosting infrastructure may keep separate access and security logs.

Why and where

I use your information to read and respond to your question or invitation, understand your request, and prepare for our first conversation. Your message is stored in private storage on the website's hosting account. I view it in my password-and-authenticator-protected dashboard, including through my private network connection when working remotely.

These contact forms do not automatically send messages to AI providers, email services, advertising services or mailing lists. There is no third-party CAPTCHA. Nothing is automatically sent back to you. If I reply later by email, that conversation will also be handled by our email providers.

How long

Messages expire 12 months after submission, including read and archived messages. Expired messages are removed whenever the form or authenticated inbox is accessed. I can also delete a message sooner. This is access-triggered cleanup: if the service is idle, physical deletion waits until its next access. The application cannot erase the hosting provider's separate backups or logs; their expiry period has not been verified. Downloaded copies, screenshots and any later email or project records have separate lifetimes. This inbox does not automatically download messages or save them to a cloud drive.

Your choices

Submitting the form is optional. To ask about, correct or delete your message, or withdraw your agreement to its use, choose Ask about my information on the contact form. Use the same reply email so I can verify the request. Do not send identity documents through the form. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
